The information we may disclose, share, license, or sell includes the information you submit in a form and related submission metadata, such as your phone number, email address, property and project details, referrer URL, page URL, IP address, device/browser data, and submission timestamps.

We may also disclose, share, or sell personal information to advertising networks, measurement providers, analytics vendors, affiliates, data partners, and other commercial counterparties for lead generation, attribution, audience modeling, fraud prevention, and marketing purposes.

Once disclosed to a third party, that party's processing may be governed by its own privacy terms. ZikQuote is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices except as required by law.

6. Form Submission Assent and TCPA Communications

By submitting any quote form or clicking any submit/continue/estimate/match button, you agree to our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

You also agree that taking that action constitutes your electronic signature and written instruction to us and to the participating third parties that receive your information through the Services, and that this electronic signature may be used to document consent for communications and related compliance purposes, including applicable FCC and TCPA requirements.

You also direct and authorize ZikQuote to disclose, share, license, and sell the information you submit, including your contact details and submission metadata, to one or more participating third parties, including local contractors, home-service providers, affiliates, and marketing partners, who may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided.

By taking that action, you provide prior express written consent for ZikQuote and the participating third parties that receive your information through the Services to contact you, as permitted by applicable law, by phone calls, autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial voice calls, SMS/MMS texts, and email using the contact information you submitted.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent using opt-out instructions in messages (such as STOP for texts) or by contacting hello@zikquote.com.

We may retain records associated with your electronic signature and consent, including the button clicked, form language presented, timestamp, IP address, page URL or referrer, user agent, and related submission metadata, for legal, compliance, operational, and evidentiary purposes.
