ZikQuote is a consumer-facing quote request, project estimate, marketing, and lead-generation platform. We help consumers submit information about home improvement, roofing, remodeling, repair, and related projects, and we may connect, route, transfer, share, license, or sell consumer information to independent third parties, including contractors, home-service providers, lead purchasers, call centers, marketing partners, affiliates, and other commercial partners.

ZikQuote is not a contractor, roofer, home-improvement company, construction company, insurance company, lender, broker, agent, or professional adviser. Any services, quotes, inspections, estimates, appointments, agreements, work, or payments involving a third party are solely between you and that third party.

Any instant estimate, project range, calculator result, or pricing information we provide is based on data, assumptions, market information, and project details available to us at the time. It is informational only, may be inaccurate, and could be materially different from or completely wrong compared to a quote or final price you receive from a contractor, service provider, company, technician, installer, or other third party. ZikQuote is not responsible or liable for any difference between an estimate shown through the Services and any actual quote, cost, charge, work scope, or service outcome.

9. TCPA Consent, Electronic Signature, and Communication Records

When you submit a quote form, click a submit/continue/get estimate/get matched button, provide your phone number, or otherwise request information through the Services, you agree that your action constitutes your electronic signature and written instruction authorizing ZikQuote and participating third parties that receive your information through the Services to contact you.

Subject to applicable law, you consent to receive communications by:

• Prerecorded or artificial voice call

These communications may be sent by ZikQuote or by participating third parties, including contractors, home-service providers, lead buyers, call centers, marketing partners, affiliates, or service providers that receive your information.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent by following opt-out instructions in a communication, replying STOP to text messages where supported, using unsubscribe links in emails where available, or contacting us at hello@zikquote.com.

If we provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, privacy choices page, cookie preference tool, or similar mechanism, you may use that method to exercise applicable rights.

Where required by law, we will honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, if we can reasonably associate the signal with your browser, device, or state of residence and if the applicable law requires us to honor that signal.

An opt-out may not stop all disclosures. For example, we may still disclose information to service providers, process information to complete a transaction you requested, maintain legal records, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or comply with law.

This section applies to California residents where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to us.

19. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We may not respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by law.

Where required, we may honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective when posted.
