ZikQuote Is a Marketplace, Not a Contractor
ZikQuote is a marketing, estimate, quote-request, and lead-generation service operated by AuraDox Enterprises LLC. ZikQuote is not a contractor, construction company, installer, repair company, insurer, lender, or home-service provider and does not perform or supervise home-service work.
What Happens When You Submit
- You provide information about your property and home-service project.
- ZikQuote may generate a preliminary estimate or range using assumptions, market data, and the limited information you provide.
- ZikQuote may route, share, license, or sell your request to one or more independent service providers, lead buyers, or marketplaces that may respond to the request.
- A lead buyer, broker, marketplace, or other intermediary may further transfer, license, or resell the request to additional downstream contractors, buyers, call centers, or marketing partners. More than one sale or transfer may occur.
- A participating company may contact you by the methods described in the consent disclosure shown before submission.
What We Mean by “Best” or “Best Fit”
When ZikQuote uses words such as “best,” “best fit,” or “best available,” they describe a subjective routing assessment based on information such as your project details, location, service area, provider availability, and available routing options. Those words do not mean that we have identified the objectively best professional, the best professional for you, or a professional who is superior to every alternative. They are not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of quality, qualifications, availability, workmanship, price, or suitability. You remain responsible for evaluating any professional before hiring them.
How ZikQuote Is Compensated
ZikQuote may receive compensation when a request is submitted, routed, shared, licensed, sold, accepted, or purchased, or when a consumer is connected with a participating company. That commercial relationship does not increase or guarantee the quality of a provider, quote, or service.
Estimates and Matches Are Not Guarantees
Estimates are informational and are not bids or binding prices. Actual pricing depends on an on-site evaluation and factors such as property condition, measurements, labor, materials, equipment, permits, local requirements, and provider availability.
ZikQuote does not guarantee that a provider will respond, that a particular number of providers will contact you, that a provider is suitable for your project, or that a quote or project will be completed. Before hiring anyone, independently verify licensing, insurance, references, scope, price, warranties, and contract terms.
Provider Screening and Your Due Diligence
Any screening ZikQuote performs or receives may be limited, point-in-time, based on third-party or self-reported information, and different across providers or markets. A match, listing, badge, or prior check is not a current certification, endorsement, or guarantee of licensing, insurance, background, qualifications, reputation, or workmanship.
Licenses, insurance, ownership, personnel, and complaint histories can change. Before hiring or paying any provider, independently confirm current licensing and insurance with the relevant state or local authority, check references and complaints, and review the provider's written scope, price, warranty, and contract.
